The amount of times I have been recommended "oh just try weed", when speaking about my anxiety is insane. But if so many people were doing it, I figured there must be something there. Now I didn't want to touch THC, so I researched CBD Oil and the amazing affects it can have on your health.
I couldn't just do research without giving it a try. Now, I am not a fan of weed. Never have been and never will be, so this was definitely getting out of my comfort zone but if it meant helping my anxiety, then I am in.
If you have tried these methods, please let me know down below how it has either helped you or made things worse. Would love to hear everyone's opinion on it.
