1. What does a better version of you look like ? This could be a healthier version of you, how you see yourself a month or two from now, elaborate manifest it even if it seems impossible right now!
2. What does your workout and nutrition routine look like?
3. How would you feel if you finally showed up for you?
4. What are some mental shifts/changes you will need to make? Think about all the self doubt how can you change that to positive motivation for yourself?
5. What are some overall things you will need to change to elevate into a higher YOU?
