day diet food

7:00 banana shake / sprouts
7:20 tea with biscuit
8:00 oats/daliya/musli
9:00 breakfast
(Pratha, sandwich, pohe, fried rice)
10:30 again muasali/oats with peanut butter
12:00 lunch
(Full meal)
Liv.52 DS with water
2:00 pohe, roasted grains, potatos chips, fruits
3:00 snacks, fruits, rice flacks, roasted grains, light
meal
4:30 again bnanashake/ oats
5:30 tea with biscuit , toast, bread
7:00 Dinner
(Full meal)
Liv.52 DS tablets with water
9:30 milk+ desert/chocolates/friuits
